If you want to return the item - you need to contact us within 14 days after you received it.
You can get in touch with us by email at info(at)april-look.com with your name and number of order. You should also send us a detailed explanation on why do you want to return it. All returned items need to be in the same condition as received to be eligible for a full refund price. We will return the funds only when we receive the item (excluding shipping costs). The return shipping expenses have to be payed by the customer.
If the item you received is defective, was damaged during shipping or is not the one you ordered you have to contact us within 7 days after you received it. We will give you a full refund for the item and the fees for return shipping. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the package.
*Don't forget to write RETURNS & REPAIRS on the outside of the package. This way you can be sure that it won't be held up at customs and will get to us much faster. Not doing this may result in delays or even the package sent back to you.
After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund to your PayPal account.
If you don’t get in touch with us first and send back the purchased products, you will be responsible for any additional costs (such as custom, import duties, etc.) which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Custom made orders (custom sizes, fabrics etc.) are not returnable.
Unclaimed orders that were returned to us will be re-sent after payment for the second shipment is received.
